Order Status
When can I pick up my order?
  Not withstanding backorders your order should be ready for pick up within 10 to 15 days from time of order. You will be notified when your order is ready for pick up.
Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your order status.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order can no longer be edited.
How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact "Customer Service" for assistance.
An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
  Back ordered items will ship within 24 to 48 hours of the item(s) being in stock. We receive inventory on a weekly basis however If an item is back ordered because our supplier(s) is / are out of inventory, those situations are out of our control. As soon as our vendor(s) have the item(s) back in stock we will be able to ship the item to you. We will notify you of any back order situations that arise.
